About Smart Public School.
Smart Public School, Bijupara was established just recently in 15 January 2011. The School is a Co-Educational English Medium School, based on Central Board of secondary Education, Delhi, to cater the educational needs of rural of rural children. The school is situated at Ranchi-Lohardaga main road, near old Petrol pump Bijupara.
Our Vision
Smart Public School aim is to educate the children of rural areas who can compete with the students of urban areas smartly.
To develop the students in such a way so as to make them morally upright, intellectually well informed, socially concerned, emotionally balanced and physically developed. Smart Public School (SPS) prepares the students for the 21st Century, to be the torch bearers of resurgent rural India.

ELIGIBILITY
The children who are 21/2 years are eligible for admission in pre-nursery, 31/2 years for nursery, 41/2 years for lower prep, 51/2 years for upper prep, 61/2 years for Std. I and so on.
CURRICULUM
The medium of instruction in English. The school holds classes from Pre-Nursery to class IV, Students are imparted quality education with the help of computers, audio & video teaching aids. To maintain an ideal standard “Teacher-taught’ ratio is kept within reasonable limits.
TEST/INTERVIEW
Admission is taken on the basis of written and oral test subject to availability of seats in a particular class.
For admission in different classes, tests are conducted according to the standard of the previous class passed. Selected children in the written test and interview are called for admission. There is no specific syllabus for admission test but a candidate must have sufficient knowledge for the class lower than that in which he/she desires admission.
REGISTRATION
Prospectus and Registration forms for admission are available at school office counter.
It should be duty filled and submitted, with the required document and certificates as mentioned in the form within stipulated period.
Registration fee in non-refundable.
ADMISSION
Admission to Smart Public School (SPS) is open to all, irrespective of caste, creed or religion. The students for pre-nursery to class IV are registered in the month of 15th January 2015 to 10th March 2015.
Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit.
Student coming form other schools for admission in class must produce the following document.
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
- Progress Report and details of Co-Curricular activities in the previous school.
- Birth Certificate (Original or attested)
- Character Certificate.
- Two Photographs.
ATTENDANCE
80% attendance is essential for promotion to the next higher class. In case of sickness, a medical certificate form a registered from a registered medical practitioner has to be submitted along with an application. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence or more than one month renders a student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of fresh admission charge at the discretion of the principal.
PARENT-TEACHERS MEETING
It is obligatory for every parent to meet the teachers of their ward to check the progress of their ward on every second Saturday of the month or as per the PTM schedule given in the hand-book between 08:30 am to 11:00 am Parents should get instructions from the class teacher & give suggestions, if any.
RECOMMENDATION TO THE PARENTS
Parents are required to co-operate with the school in it’s attempt to help their children’s progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality an discipline and by taking interest in their children’s work.
Do’s
Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and nails. No student should be sent to school if suffering from a contagious or infectious disease. Use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and school and check the diary for Home-work and the teacher’s remarks, if any Sign the test copies as and when sent home Pay the fee as per schedule, The parents (both mother and father) must attend the Parent Teacher meet. Intimate the school in case of change in address, telephone number etc. Ensure that your ward brings books & exercise books & exercise books as per the time table.
DON’T’S
Don’t walk into the class room or meet any teacher without prior permission of the Principal. Don’t send money or valuable articles with the students. The school takes no responsibility if it is lost.
